FreelanceKE is for real work. Money stays in escrow until the buyer accepts. Off-platform payment to skip escrow is not allowed.
Escrow
Buyers pay by card from any country, or with M-Pesa in Kenya, before work is due. Funds stay held until release, a dispute decision, or a cancellation under the terms.
Disputes
Open a dispute from the order. Keep chat and files there. Write to disputes@freelanceke.co.ke.
Allowed work
Legitimate freelance work only. Earn Extra is limited to approved survey partners. We can suspend accounts that scam, harass, or post banned categories.
Reviews
Reviews are written after a buyer releases payment.
