What we collect
Account details you give us: name, email or phone, country, profile text, listings, proposals, messages, files on an order, and payment references needed to complete checkout or a withdrawal.
How we use it
To run the marketplace: sign-in, search, chat, escrow, payouts, support, dispute review, and tax reporting files for larger withdrawals. We do not sell your contact list.
Payments
Payment partners only receive what is required to collect or send money — amount, reference, and the details you enter at checkout or withdrawal. Card checkout works worldwide. Kenya checkout can also use M-Pesa. Seller payouts use Payoneer, or M-Pesa in Kenya.
Who can see it
Public profiles, gigs, jobs, and published reviews are visible on the site. Chat, orders, withdrawals, and disputes stay between the parties and the people who operate the platform.

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember language. See the Cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and order records stay while the account is open and for a period after that so payouts, disputes, and tax files can still be checked. You can ask us to close an account.
