Fees and payouts

What you see at checkout is what we charge. Display currency follows your country. Pay by card from any country, or M-Pesa in Kenya.

Order commission

10–15% of the order amount (default 12%). Shown on the order before you pay.

How buyers pay

Card works worldwide. M-Pesa checkout stays Kenya only. Funds stay in escrow until the buyer accepts the work.

Connects

1 Connect per job proposal. Packs: 10 / KSh 300, 25 / KSh 650, 50 / KSh 1,200. Pay by card worldwide, or M-Pesa in Kenya, on Connects.

Earn Extra

Platform cut 10–20% (default 15%) on approved survey partners only. Separate from escrow.

Withdrawals

Minimum 1,000 units. Sellers withdraw to Payoneer. Kenya sellers can also withdraw to M-Pesa. Payouts are sent after review. Larger payouts can be included in tax files the seller keeps.

Anyone can create an account, hire, or list work. Card checkout is worldwide. M-Pesa checkout and M-Pesa withdrawals stay Kenya only.
